Whether design and build or traditional contracts we can give you a complete service from project inception  to completion including working drawings and details, design calculations and  specification advice in metal roofing & cladding / single layer membranes, green roofing and rainwater disposal systems.

 

  ·         Refurbishment

 Where clients wish to improve the appearance or performance of an existing building we are pleased to give advice on options available and carry out works such as over roofing , stripping and recovering, insulation upgrades and new façade cladding.

Refurbishment contracts mean working alongside the activities of existing businesses and SRS are experienced in the management and planning of such works to ensure minimum disruption.

 

 ·         Design and planning

 Working drawings and details are produced in autocad format and can be issued as such or alternatively as PDF’s or hard copies.

 A combination of our own experience and the use of manufacturers software ensure we get the design right and the project gets off to the best possible start

 Rainwater disposal calculations are carried out using industry expert designed bespoke software and where required chartered consulting engineers are used for any structural calculations that may be appropriate.

 Method statements, risk assessments and detailed programmes are all prepared as a matter of course and we are happy to be involved pre contract to assist in planning matters.
 

 ·         Inspections and advice

 SRS are able to inspect existing properties, prepare detailed reports and issue proposals / recommendations for maintenance and refurbishment works.
